Wooded Glen Recovery Center in Henryville, Indiana, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the night shift. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, assess clients, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring patient safety and effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an approved nursing degree, an active RN license, and CPR/de-escalation certification. A sign-on bonus of $6,000 and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years of nursing experience in clinical settings preferred.
• Behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and medication administration procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care and supervise care from LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Assess clients and develop/adjust individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications accurately and document administration.
• Monitor client acuity, communicate changes to the treatment team, and ensure safety.
• Complete admissions/discharges efficiently and document thoroughly.
