Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care according to physician orders and care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to appropriate team members.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately and safely.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare team members.
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs and medication aides as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and medical needs.
• Promote resident safety and comply with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
