Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure in state (and/or Compact State Licensure) required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS and pediatric ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and policies.
• Document assessments accurately and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and support life-saving interventions.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
