Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery Department Pool at the Safety Harbor - Mease Countryside location. The role involves independent patient care in a hospital setting, using nursing process and clinical standards, and delegating tasks as needed.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, update care plans with patients and families, and identify safety risks while preparing the room and environment for patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required.
• At least 18 months RN Labor & Delivery experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care providers to develop and assist in the plan of care.
• Organizes and updates the plan of care with patient and family involvement.
