BayCare is seeking an RN for the Labor & Delivery Department Pool. The incumbent will independently care for a group of patients using nursing process and clinical standards, while delegating appropriate tasks to the health care team.

The role requires an RN license and at least 18 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with an Associates in Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. BLS, ACLS, and NRP are required.

• Collaborates with inter-disciplinary care providers to develop and adjust the plan of care.

• Identify patients at risk and prepare the room and environment accordingly.
