Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery. This part-time role covers 7p–7a with required call, and involves rotating in the Mother Baby Care unit to provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, Kentucky RN licensure, and certs including ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN fetal monitoring within the indicated timelines. Recent specialty experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• ADN degree from an accredited program.
• Current unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire; BLS within 90 days.
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certifications within stated timelines.
• NRP certification within 90 days; Crisis Prevention within 6 months.
• Recent specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Review, document care and outcomes, and prioritize based on patient needs.
• Communicate with physicians and hospital teams to coordinate care.
• Rotate duties in the Mother Baby Care unit and ensure safety.
