Job summary

Bon Secours in Greenville, SC is seeking a dedicated Obstetrics RN (Labor and Delivery) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced unit. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, develop care plans and ensure safe, therapeutic environments for moms and newborns.

Required are a nursing degree (ASN or BSN) and a current RN license; BLS is preferred on hire, with ACLS and NRP acceptable in lieu of BLS. One year OB/ED/CC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license.
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred on hire).
• ACLS and/or NRP preferred in lieu of BLS.
• EPIC/Electronic Health Record experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Apply the nursing process for obstetric care from pregnancy to postpartum.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Provide triage, assessment, education, stabilization and emergency care as needed.
