Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the applicable state; multi-state compact preferred.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the patient care team.
• Coordinate care, maintain documentation, and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Support performance improvement and professional growth; uphold shared governance principles.
