Qualifications

• 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing (Required).
• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Work Experience ≥1 year of Nursing Experience (Preferred).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license and BLS (required).
• Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be obtained within 2 years if on stroke unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for assigned patients per standards and practices.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Document actions, coordinate with healthcare team, and refer as appropriate.
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for patient, family, and community.
