Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to protect, promote, and restore health across the care continuum. You will collaborate with the care team to coordinate services and support patients and families.

The role requires weekend work, including 11 of 12 weekends, in a 24/7 hospital inpatient/ED environment. Active RN licensure in Illinois (or Michigan) and BLS certification are required; BSN and prior RN experience are preferred, with basic EMR and MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan is required.
• Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination across the continuum.
• Assess and support physical symptoms and provide psychological support to patients and families.
• Be scheduled to work 11 out of 12 weekends and operate in a 24/7 inpatient/ED setting.
