Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. You will work on a skilled nursing team providing care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, and more, using the latest technology within an interdisciplinary team.

We offer wage range $35.00–$39.00 per hour with $3.40 hero pay, plus yearly wage increases.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in Michigan (Registered Nurse).
• CPR certification currently active.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and other RN duties.
• Administer medications as prescribed and update patients and families on plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care addressing physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Promote hospitality and exceptional customer service in interactions with patients and families.
• Supervise Nurse Aide team, provide direction and training, and assist in evaluations.
