Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents on the night shift.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor or physician.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly.
