Job summary

The IMCU unit (7N) is a 16-bed mixed unit providing high-quality care. The RN will perform nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• Virginia RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical knowledge across the IMCU scope of practice.
