Spring Creek Care Center - Millcreek, Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse for the full-time night shift (6pm–6am). The role requires an active RN license in Utah and the ability to read and interpret technical information in English.

You will document medications and treatments, ensure proper drug storage, and notify physicians of any issues. Ideal candidates are prepared to assist in training staff, uphold infection control practices, and provide compassionate geriatric care in a supportive team

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information in English.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and mobilize patients.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, treatments, and IV lines.
• Record time spent performing treatments, per policy, on the medication/treatment record.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals.
• Notify physician of refusals, non-compliance, adverse reactions, and any changes to treatment.
• Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat, with meds stored properly.
• Assist in orientation and training of new nursing personnel and uphold infection control policies.
