Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care assignment in Westbrook, ME. The role supports skilled nursing care in a facility setting with a 14-week duration and a nightly shift from 10:45 PM to 07:15 AM.

Minimum guarantee: 40 hours per week. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under supervision, collaborating with the nursing team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Reads, writes and speaks English to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: collect, validate and record data; prioritize needs.
• Develop and revise care plans with measurable goals.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Communicate and document interventions and patient responses.
• Participate in discharge planning and inter-disciplinary meetings.
