Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Pocatello, ID is seeking a night shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our focused care team. This full-time position requires flexible coverage and a patient-centered approach.

You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, respond to life-threatening situations, and collaborate with providers and leaders to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Idaho RN licensure.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Respond to life threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Organize care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating and communicating with all necessary Providers/Leaders on an ongoing basis.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current RN licensure in Idaho

BLS certification within 14 days of hire/transfer

ACLS within 12 months of hire
