Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health (Waxahachie) is seeking a skilled RN to join the Float Pool for night shifts on a Full-Time basis. The role involves working across multiple inpatient units, providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, and supporting staffing needs while delivering compassionate patient care.

As a Float Pool RN, you will gain broad clinical exposure, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.
• Specialty or board certification preferred.
• Strong adaptability and clinical confidence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care
• Adapt quickly to various units based on staffing and patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies
