Job summary

Huntington Health in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12‑hour night shift in the RN, PCA Float Pool. You will coordinate patient care across the continuum, supervise care delivery, and participate in discharge planning while Advocating for patients and families.

Requirements include a BSN (ADN considered if enrolled in BSN), active CA BRN RN license, BLS and ACLS, and 1 year of acute care experience (2 years preferred). PCCN or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered if enrolled in BSN program with degree completion within 2 years.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience; 2 years preferred.
• Must pass Basic Dysrhythmia course within 21 days of hire.
• Current unrestricted RN license issued by CA BRN.
• BLS and ACLS required by American Heart Association.
• PCCN or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care to meet identified patient/family needs across the care continuum.
• Supervise nursing workflow and discharge planning; link and schedule services as needed.
• Advocate for patients and evaluate care outcomes; support other team members.
