Job summary

MGA Homecare in Washington is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts to care for diverse patients in their homes. You will follow the plan of care, administer medications, document nursing actions, and educate patients and families about disease processes and self-care.

Requires an active Washington/Compact RN license. Pay is $45–$52 per hour. Full-time and part-time roles available. We offer paid training, CEU opportunities, a tablet for charting, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington/Compact required.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
