Memorial Health is seeking an RN for the General Medical/Surgical ENT Unit (2B) in Springfield. The role involves caring for ENT postoperative patients, including airway management when needed, with a focus on high-quality care in a Magnet hospital.

The position is a full-time night shift (12-hour shifts) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, weekend rotations, and a comprehensive benefits package. Illinois RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Illinois with current BLS/CPR per policy.
• Ability to perform IV insertions and advanced nursing tasks.
• Position patient safely and manage care across ENT/postoperative needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative care for ENT patients including airway support as needed.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals and wound/drain care.
• Work within a Magnet hospital to maintain high quality care standards.
