Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Cobb Hospital invites highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department on the night shift from 7 pm to 7 am. You will work within an interdisciplinary team, delivering patient-centered care and applying evidence-based practice in a fast-paced environment.

We require GA RN licensure (or multi-state compact), a minimum of 1 year RN experience, and strong communication and teamwork. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Georgia or multi-state compact.
• Associate's degree in nursing or diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in nursing documentation and patient care planning.
• Ability to work night shifts and in fast-paced ED settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process and deliver individualized care in ED.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Meet professional standards and institutional policies.
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning.
