Sanford Health in North Dakota seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 12-hour night shift team. You will provide individualized patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

This role offers a competitive hourly salary and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Work includes 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and two holidays per year, with 36 scheduled hours per week and opportunities for ongoing

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
