Job summary

Intermountain Health in Wheat Ridge, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing services.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, coordination with physicians and staff, and maintaining accurate documentation. Must hold RN licensure and BLS; BSN preferred with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Perform comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate interdisciplinary care and manage time, supplies, and resources.
