Qualifications

• 2–3 years of critical care experience.
• ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Indiana RN license in good standing; BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Documents a physical assessment each shift including subjective/objective data.
• Communicates with patients and families to individualize the plan of care.
• Verifies physician orders are transcribed correctly and carried out promptly.
• Reports significant changes in patient condition to nurse leadership and providers.
• Evaluates patient responses to plan of care during hospitalization and on discharge.
