Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term local contract in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting in Monte Vista, Colorado. Start ASAP for 6-8 weeks with possible extension. Night shift 10p-6a, pay $57 per hour.

Responsibilities include providing safe, quality nursing care, administering medications, completing assessments and documentation, and communicating changes to the team and leadership. Local contract with weekly pay.

• Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Work closely with CNAs, nursing staff, and facility leadership.
