Roper St. Francis Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse in Michigan to deliver patient care using the nursing process, including data collection, assessment, plan of care, and evaluation of outcomes.

You will coordinate care with the health team and provide patient teaching to support wellbeing. The role includes three night shifts per week (7:00pm–7:30am), on-call duties, every other weekend, and holiday/storm coverage.

Qualificações

• RN license valid in Michigan (or state of practice).
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Associate or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients using the nursing process and develop care plans.
• Administer medications safely according to policy.
• Coordinate care across hospital departments and health team.
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Provide patient education and health teaching to individuals and families.
