Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift at an on-site location in New Jersey. The role entails assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care with accountability for delegation to the health care team. Night shift - 12 Hr, 36 hours per week, Employee status.

Required education includes an Associate's degree with a Bachelor's preferred; NJ RN License is mandatory. Compensation includes an hourly rate with benefits as listed by the employer.

Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Experience: 0-1 years' experience required, 2-4 preferred.
Licensure: NJ RN License (see Nursing Administrative Manual for details).

Responsibilities

Performs patient assessment and develops plans of care.
Administers, monitors and documents therapies.
Participates in clinical decision-making.
Educates patient and family regarding disease, care needs, safety, wellness.
Delegates and monitors care within nursing team.
