Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio, is seeking an RN for the night shift (7p-7a) on a full-time or part-time basis. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care from admission through discharge, collaborating with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include administering meds, performing assessments, supervising aides, and ensuring accurate documentation while promoting resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care per the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care and documentation.
• Supervising day-to-day nursing activities by Nursing Assistants/STNAs.
• Monitoring residents and notifying the physician and care team of changes.
• Promoting a positive, respectful, resident-focused environment.
