Qualifications

• All certifications required upon hire.
• BLS or ARC-BLS or BLS-Instructor certification required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Collaborate with patients and families, updating goals and care plans.
• Adhere to current clinical practice standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate care and document accurately within the care team and charting systems.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in governance structures.
