Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for night shifts on a full-time basis at Marsh East Wing. You will coordinate patient care with a focus on quality, safety, and compassionate service, working 12-hour night shifts.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in Wisconsin (or multistate licensure where applicable), and willingness to work with nursing leadership to advance the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs and multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
