Job summary

Saint Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in a leadership/charge role for a full-time night shift (7pm-7am). The position includes weekends and holidays and requires current RN licensure in Arkansas.

The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on a daily basis under supervision of the Director and PCM, with responsibility for supervising a unit and directing staff while maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas RN license or permit.
• Two years of acute care nursing experience in a leadership/charge role.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on a daily basis.
• Work under supervision of the Director/PCM/Charge RN and supervise nursing staff on assigned unit.
• Overtime and call-back may be required; ensure resources and patient care are managed efficiently.
