Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Brain Injury Unit at the Charlestown site. The role requires providing safe, individualized nursing care, evaluating patient responses, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN State License required (Generic)
• 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience requested.
• Familiarity with practical nursing principles and patient care techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects.
• Record and track vital signs and medical information.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the care team.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust care.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response and conditions.
