Job summary

Universal Hospital Services Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) at Summit Oaks Hospital in New Jersey. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications, and maintain safety standards. This role requires current RN licensure in New Jersey and at least one year of psychiatric nursing experience. Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.
• One (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience or two (2) years of medical/surgical experience.
• Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred.
• ANA certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to medical needs of patients.
• Conduct safety checks and manage behaviors.
• Monitor and document patient behaviors and well being.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as needed.
• Maintain core values and mission of the hospital.
