Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Nurse Staff for Baylor 4 Tower Surgery on a full-time night shift (7PM-7:30AM) with weekend rotation. The role supports the nursing process, delivers care per plan, coordinates with the team, and educates patients and families on treatment plans.

Night shift Baylor Program offers additional pay above worked hours. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina is required, with adherence to SRH/Nursing policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

Responsabilités

• Provide and document professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, SRH policies and Standard Work.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Utilizes effective communication to teach patients and families how to comply with treatment plans.
