Job summary

HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced RN to join the Antepartum team on a PRN night shift. You will deliver and document patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

You will collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safe, high-quality care, adhere to the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and uphold the hospital's standards for ethics, customer service, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification current for 90 days after hire date.
• Florida RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to antepartum patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate with biomedical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction through professional practice and ethics.
