Job summary

Northside Hospital seeks a Staff RN III to independently plan and provide professional nursing care per physician orders and established guidelines. The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to standards, and patient advocacy across units.

The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with GA RN licensure and BLS; BSN preferred and experience in relevant units is a plus. Weekends rotate, shift 6:30p–6:30a.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Adhere to ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated patient care and discharge planning.
• Document patient status, outcomes, and care plans accurately.
