Job summary

Mission Health in Highlands-Cashiers Hospital is seeking an RN for full‑time night shifts in acute care. You will lead nursing care using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, while documenting patient and family teaching and interventions.

Eligibility includes ADN, NC RN license (eNLC may apply) within 30 days, BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience. A sign‑on bonus is available along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC license may apply, must be obtained within 30 days.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership facilitating delivery of professional nursing care and utilizes the nursing process to provide, delegate, supervise and document care.
• Maintains collaboration with management and participates in hospital councils and nursing initiatives to elevate patient outcomes.
