Job summary

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for the Night shift to join a proactive interdisciplinary care team.

You will deliver individualized, high-quality patient care within a governance-supported framework guided by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practice. As a member of the patient services team, you will partner with patients and families, uphold nursing standards, and participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities

Qualifications

• RN license required; state or multi-state compact preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred or as required.
• Nursing degree/diploma as per education section.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment; diagnosis; planning; implementation; evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate teamwork and participate in performance improvement and shared governance; support patient safety and care standards.
• Document care accurately and uphold health system policies and code of conduct.
