Qualifications

• BSN preferred (to be completed within 5 years of hire).
• Refresher course may be required for return after 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide care in collaboration with health care providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Act as patient advocate for safe care including delegation and improvement activities.
• Delivery of nursing care reflecting KH Network values and nursing department standards.
