Job summary

Tidelands Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Staff/Med Surg II role to deliver high-quality patient care in a night-shift setting. The RN will collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to promote healing and support patients and families.

Required ADN with BSN; MSN preferred. Experience in acute care and proficiency with EMR systems are essential, with licensure in good standing and BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from NLNAC/CCNE accredited program.
• Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from NLNAC/CCNE accreditation.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Experience in an acute care setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection.
• Monitor patients and assess needs to provide optimal care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to needs.
• Document patient status and nursing interventions in the EMR.
