Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg unit in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

The role emphasizes delivering evidence-based care, prioritizing safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. You will assess and care for moderate to high acuity patients, mentor new staff, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care, using PEARS within the first year of hire and maintaining RN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
• PEARS certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for moderate to high acuity patients.
• Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare team members.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Utilize specialty certifications and evidence-based practices in nursing care.
