Job summary

Northside Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.

The role requires GA RN licensure, BLS certification, and BSN degree preferences, with opportunities for life support certifications and unit-specific expertise. Shift hours are 6:45pm to 7:15am, offering a night shift schedule within a collaborative hospital environment in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Additional life support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP) or other clinical certifications preferred.
• Visual color acuity required for unit-specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients per physician orders and guidelines.
• Work within the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
• Possess strong assessment, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Adhere to hospital policies and patient safety standards.
