Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered RN in good standing.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
• Assess patient conditions and revise care plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
