Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a Facility in San Luis Obispo, CA. The position is registry-based with a pay rate of $66/hour. Shifts are nights (12-hour) for a 13-week assignment, with W2 employment.

Minimum qualifications include at least one year of RN experience, CA RN license, and an American Heart Association BLS card. English proficiency is required to communicate with staff and patients.

Qualificações

• At least one year of nursing experience as an RN.
• Current RN license issued by the State of CA.
• Valid BLS card (American Heart Association).
• Proficiency in English for staff and patient communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provides general nursing care to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
• Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient condition and reactions to drugs or treatments.
• Takes vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP, etc.) to detect deviations and assess patient condition.
• May serve as leader for a group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
• Other RN duties as assigned by Supervisor.
