Job summary

Hillsdale Hospital in Hillsdale, MI, seeks a Registered Nurse for Full Time Nights (7pm–7am), 36 hours per week with every other weekend. You will care for patients, monitor conditions, and maintain detailed confidential records while collaborating with the healthcare team.

This role offers on-site education, tuition and certification support, PTO, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match. Eligible for a one-time $5,250 loan repayment for RN education, and shift premiums of $2.00/hour

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan RN license.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and CPI certifications available through Hillsdale Hospital.
• Education assistance and on-site training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients and monitor their condition with accurate, confidential reports.
• Consult with patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Foster a compassionate, non-judgmental environment with open communication.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, administer and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Maintain and document patient records and support hours as needed.
