Qualifications

• Completion of a Board of Nursing accredited program of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nursing license in Texas or temporary permit to practice pending licensure.
• New graduates must pass NCLEX-RN on the first attempt.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and staff assignments to ensure workflow.
• Document patient information using EHR, supporting clinical decisions.
• Administer or assist with medications and document all activities.
