Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or participating compact state license.
• Current PSV through Nursys.
• Current N95 fit testing.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Current First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Perform nursing procedures based on patient needs.
• Complete required medical documentation accurately; provide patient health education.
• Administer medications and perform IV/phlebotomy skills as required.
• Assist with orientation and training of staff as needed.
