Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the Midnight shift at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. You will provide compassionate care to patients with medical, cardiac and trauma emergencies, while adhering to Magnet standards and contributing to life-saving outcomes.

The role offers a $20,000 sign-on for eligible candidates, a clear clinical ladder for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one, including paid time off and tuition

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the Christiana Emergency Department, including medical, cardiac and trauma cases.
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care on a Midnight shift (7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.).
• Participate in the clinical ladder and ongoing professional development.
