Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Denver in Thornton, CO, is seeking Night Shift Registered Nurses to join our 54-bed Critical Care Hospital. You will provide direct nursing care, develop and revise care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

We offer new pay rates, shift differentials, and a Clinical Career Ladder with pay increases after completing Novice to Expert levels. A valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS (within 6 months) are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and manage patient care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with the hospital team to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
