Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Night Shift Nurse for a 12.5-hour night schedule (1830–0730) at an onsite facility in Indiana. The contract runs for 14 weeks with a base pay of $65 per hour, and includes a 1/2 hour lunch period.

You will direct patient care, assess needs, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure quality care. The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing, active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and the ability to manage electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Nursing and active nursing license in the state.
• CPR certification required and current.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office software.
• Experience or training in behavioral intervention methods preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate patient care and supervise support staff.
• Assess patient health problems, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments according to policy.
• Provide patient and family education on medications and treatment goals.
• Supervise unit workflow and assist with care plans.
• Document nursing notes and transfer forms accurately.
